Logan Alexander Paul AKA Logan Paul (born April 1, 1995) is a professional wrestler, YouTuber, and social media personality from the United States. He is currently signed to WWE and appears on the Raw brand. In addition to posting on his own YouTube channel, he has been hosting the podcast Impaulsive since November 2018, and he has over 23 million YouTube subscribers as of August 2022.
Paul gained popularity in 2013 after posting sketches on the video-sharing app Vine. On October 18, 2013, he launched his YouTube channel, TheOfficialLoganPaul, and began posting regularly after the Vine app was discontinued. On August 29, 2015, he launched the Logan Paul Vlogs channel, which has since become his most-subscribed YouTube channel. As of January 2022, the channel had 23.2 million subscribers and over 5.8 billion views, ranking him as the 74th most-subscribed channel in the United States and among the platform’s most-subscribed channels.
Paul’s television and film credits include guest appearances on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Bizaardvark, as well as roles in the films The Thinning (2016) and The Thinning: New World Order (2016). (2018). He has also broadened his content; in 2016, he released his debut single “2016” and in 2018, he fought British YouTuber and rapper KSI in an amateur white-collar boxing match. The fight was decided by a majority decision. In the subsequent professional rematch, Paul was defeated by KSI by split decision. Paul has been embroiled in several controversies, most notably a December 2017 trip to Japan during which he visited the Aokigahara “suicide forest” filmed a suicide victim, and uploaded the footage to his YouTube channel.

Early Life
Paul grew up in Ohio with his younger brother Jake, another YouTuber and internet personality. Paul began making internet videos for the Zoosh YouTube channel when he was 10 years old. He attended Westlake High School, where he was named an All-Star linebacker on the football team by The Plain Dealer in 2012 and qualified for the state-level Ohio High School Athletic Association 2013 Division I Wrestling Individual Championships.
Personal Life
In the fall of 2015, Paul and his roommates Mark Dohner and Evan Eckenrode shared an apartment complex in Hollywood with other social media celebrities such as Juanpa Zurita, Amanda Cerny, and Andrew Bachelor. Because they were so close, the group worked together on videos for each of their channels. In the fall of 2017, Paul relocated to an estate in Encino. In July 2018, Paul and actress Chloe Bennet confirmed their relationship. They had reportedly been dating for a year before officially confirming their relationship. They split up in September of that year.

Logan Paul confirmed in May 2020 that he was dating model Josie Canseco, the daughter of baseball legend Jose Canseco. He posted a video to his YouTube channel titled “I Bought My Girlfriend A Horse” in June 2020. In 2015, he was ranked as the 10th most influential Vine personality, with his short videos earning him hundreds of thousands of dollars each. Paul moved his act to YouTube after Vine shut down.

On December 31, 2017, Paul posted a video to his YouTube channel that he shot in Aokigahara, Japan, at the base of Mount Fuji. This area is commonly known as the suicide forest because it is a popular place for people to commit suicide. A dead body was hanging from a tree in Paul’s video. Within 24 hours of being posted, the video had 6.3 million views. Several online petitions were started requesting that YouTube remove Paul’s channel. On January 1, 2018, Paul removed the video from his YouTube channel and issued a written apology via Twitter.
A statement denouncing Paul’s video was released by YouTube on January 9 via their Twitter account. Paul’s channels were dropped from YouTube’s Google preferred ad programme, according to an announcement made on January 10. Paul was also let go from the “Foursome.” season on YouTube Red. Paul ended up giving suicide prevention organisations $1 million.

Paul fought Floyd Mayweather Jr., a former five-division world champion, in an exhibition match on February 20, 2021. When the fight finally happened, it was on June 6, 2021, at Miami Gardens, Florida’s Hard Rock Stadium. Paul and Mayweather first interacted on May 6, 2021, at a press conference at Hard Rock Stadium, where Paul’s brother, Jake Paul, got into a heated altercation with Mayweather after taking the latter’s hat off. On video, a visibly furious Mayweather was heard saying, “I’ll kill you motherfucker! Are you crazy? I’ll fuck you up, motherfucker. I don’t play motherfucking games. I’ll fuck you up.”
