Kayne West is an American rapper, record producer, and fashion designer. Born into the family of Mr and Mrs Ray West. Kayne West who is formerly Kayne Omari West was born in Atalanta but grew up in Chicago. He started his career as an artist in 1995 and has remained relevant in the music industry to date. Kayne West is a household name. The release of his 2004 album The College Dropout started his journey to stardom.
Ye AKA Kayne West had always loved art all his life. He started writing poems at five. Later on, as he grew up his mother also noticed that he is passionate about drawing and music. At 13, he wrote Green Eggs and Ham and pleaded with his mom to assist him with funds to record the track. She supported and encouraged him. She followed him to the studio.

Kayne West’s Family
West was born into the family of Ray and Donda West. Unfortunately, his parents divorced when he was three and he moved to stay with his mom.
His dad, Ray, was one of the first black photojournalists at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, but he later became a Christian counsellor. In 2006, he started the Good Water Store and Café with support from his son.
His mom, Dr West, was a professor of English at Clark Atalanta University. She went to become the head of the English department at Chicago State University before she resigned to manage Kayne West.

Kayne started dating Kim in 2012 and they got married in 2014. The marriage is blest with four kids; North, Chicago, Saint and Psalm West. In February 2021, Kim filed for a divorce but they are officially divorced yet (tho separated). Kayne is currently dating Julia Fox and Kim is currently dating Pete Davidson. Though Ye is very vocal about resuscitating his marriage. He posted a picture of him and his family with the caption “God please bring our family back together.”
Education
West attended the Polaris School for Individual Education in suburban Oak Lawn, Illinois. In 1987, he moved with his mother to Nanjing, China as soon as she got a job there are a lecturer. He was able to settle down in the school swiftly without any ado even though he was the only foreign student there.
In 1997, Ye got a scholarship to study at the Chicago American Academy of Arts but he ended up studying English at Chicago State University. Nonetheless, his education started affecting his music as he didn’t have time to compose and record. So at 20, he took a bold step to drop out of school and face music. His mother (been a professor) wasn’t happy he took that decision but as time went by, she supported him and went as far as resigning just to be his manager.
